Please note - in line with updated guidelines - please allow up to 72 hours for repeat prescriptions to be processed. We will always endeavour to process prescriptions in a timely manner.

Please do not request prescriptions earlier than 10 days before the repeat is due as these will not be processed and may be rejected unless a valid reason is given

How to register

To date, we can only accept new patients who live in our practice area. The practice serves the villages of Disley, New Mills, Furness Vale, Newtown, Whaley Bridge, Kettleshulme and High Lane to the junction of the A532. You can register by completing a registration form obtained from the practice or the on-line form which must be signed prior to bringing into the surgery

Instructions on what to do with the registration form

If you want to join the practice please complete a registration form which can be picked up from reception or go on-line.  Please bring the completed form along to reception and some form of identification. Your NHS number will speed up the process of getting your records from your previous practice. Once you have been accepted as a patient your medical records will be transferred to us. You do not need to inform your existing practice that you are moving, although it may be courteous to do so.
