Please note - in line with updated guidelines - please allow up to 72 hours for repeat prescriptions to be processed. We will always endeavour to process prescriptions in a timely manner.
Please do not request prescriptions earlier than 10 days before the repeat is due as these will not be processed and may be rejected unless a valid reason is given
You will be given a repeat prescription counterfoil if you are on regular medication please use this whenever possible unless ordering on-line
Please allow at least 48 hours ( on working days ) to process your request or 72 hours ( on working days ) if collecting from a pharmacy. The Practice and the GPs will always endeavour to process the requests within these timeframes and keep up with the demand.
